Volunteer

If you would like to take part in set construction, lighting, and sound at the Players, now’s your chance.

Please contact the Players’ Technical Committee Chair, Bill Armstrong, to find out more.

Everyone who knows and enjoys our productions is encouraged to participate. Many hands make light work!

Contact Bill Armstrong at barmstrong@westmorelandplayers.org or call 804-529-9345. Thanks.

If you already volunteer and would like to help us keep track of the hours you have volunteered, please use the volunteer log form to do so.

You can also join one of the Players committees to help the board of directors with the many tasks required to make our theater a success. Use this form to tell the board that you would like to join a committee.

Your volunteer work is not only appreciated by the Players, but also by our advertisers and grant-funding organizations like the Virginia Commission for the Arts and National Endowment for the Arts, which use volunteer hours to gauge community involvement in the artistic organizations they support.

To that end, the Players would like all of its volunteers to keep track, via this form, or its paper equivalent, of the many hours they dedicate to our efforts. Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: INCLUDE ANY ACTIVITY FOR WHICH YOU ARE NOT BEING PAID.

If you would like to volunteer, please contact our office.
