Wondering How You Can Help the Players?

The Westmoreland Players want members of our community to feel part of our group and we have developed several different programs that let you help your local Theatre bring cultural programs to the region.

Financial Support

a. Patron – Our way of thanking you for your financial assistance is modest, but we hope shows our gratitude. Patrons receive tickets to our main stage shows and are mentioned in our programs. Benefits vary depending on donation levels and last for one season, or more (depending on the donation). Please click the Contribute button above for Patron Donation to see all the options.

The Westmoreland Players, Inc., is a not-profit 501(C)(3) organization. Your donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

b. Seat Plaques – Dedicate a seat with a plaque mounted on a seat displaying your message.

c. Planned Giving – A gift to The Players in your will or estate plans may create tax benefits for you or your heirs. Consult your attorney or call us for more information.

d. Online Donations – An individual donation of any amount is always appreciated. Please click the Contribute button above for General Donation.

Advertise

Advertise in our program. Our audience for a year exceeds 6000 people, most of whom are in an attractive income demographic. More than that, the name of your business in our programs indicates to the public at large your interest in supporting the arts in the community.

Donate Goods and Services

Materials, vintage clothing and furniture, or your skills are always needed. Call the Theatre and let us know what you have to offer. 804-529-9345

Volunteer with Us

We are an organization run entirely by volunteers. We need not only actors, but set builders, carpenters, greeters, painters, bakers, stitchers, and a host of other talents! Support the arts and make friends doing it!

Be on the Mailing List

Perhaps time and circumstances prevent you from doing any of the above, but we want you in our audience! We do it all for our audiences. So be sure you are on our mailing list and get early information on events coming up so you may purchase tickets.

The Players is an IRS recognized 501c3 charitable not-for-profit organization and donations may result in tax benefits to you.
